As a Remote Support Specialist, IT Service Desk, you will join a highly technical team handling advanced support tasks. You will work with a specialized team providing support not normally handled by Tier 1 or Tier 2 teams.

This role is perfect for individuals who can efficiently carry out tasks with excellent balance of customer service and technical skills. The ideal candidate can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Work within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team to create a positive consumer support experience.
  • Monitor personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing system, and ensure consumers are properly handled and updated.
  • Create and update knowledge articles to improve the efficiency of our support process.

We seek candidates with strong drive for results, passion and enthusiasm to get things done, and ability to proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers.

The following qualifications are required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in any IT-related course with experience in working as an IT Service Provider.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in fixing Software and Hardware issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10-11, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and up.
  • Experience in using service desk ticketing tools.

Additionally, we prefer candidates with experience in ServiceNow.
