We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global support team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and guidance to learners.

This position involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding learners through learning materials, and providing support in key areas such as networking, Linux, and Windows systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, validate product features, and contribute to successful learner outcomes.

  • Provide general and technical support for learners via chat and email, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Offer technical support for networking, Linux, and Windows systems, helping learners troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Mentor learners by providing guidance on foundational learning materials.
  • Grade exams for OffSec certifications, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  • Test, verify, and validate products, lab systems, and their features to ensure quality and functionality before release.
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues, achieve common goals, and drive successful outcomes.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have a BS degree in Computer Science or Information Security, strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Linux, and Windows systems, and experience in guiding or mentoring individuals in cybersecurity subjects.
