Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical expertise and support to our mobile development customers.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobile SDK Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support on the use of our mobile SDKs, including troubleshooting and debugging issues.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to our mobile SDKs.
  • Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with our engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues, and to develop new features and improvements to our SDKs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Mobile Development Experience: Experience with mobile development using iOS and Android platforms.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical issues into manageable parts.
