Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

We are a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, and we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our Technical Support Specialists play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support for their technical issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for providing first-level technical support via phone, chat, or email, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.

The Technical Support Specialist will also be responsible for documenting all technical issues and resolutions in our system, escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support teams, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge and technical procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluent English language skills required; Spanish language skills a plus
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required

Other Information

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
