IT Support Role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve IT service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in IT support in a corporate Service Desk or other technical support role.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in operating systems: Mac, Linux, Windows.
  • Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, firewall administration, and mobile devices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
