Order Coordinator Role

This position is focused on providing support to the order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders within the company's ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Familiarity with flexible packaging industry processes.
  • Prior experience working with remote or international teams.
