Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a specialist in order management, supporting the growth and success of our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage orders from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Entry and Tracking: Input, manage, and track customer orders within our ERP system.
  • Communication: Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Production Monitoring: Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Internal Communication: Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • ERP Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication skills, high attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Comfort working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting.

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Manufacturing Processes: Familiarity with U.S.-based manufacturing or supply chain processes.
  • Remote Teamwork: Prior experience working with remote or international teams.
  • Operations Analyst: Process improvement or operations analyst background.
