Job Description: ERP IT Specialist

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

● Assist the Sales team in identifying potential clients for ERP and website development solutions.

● Support in preparing ERP product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions.

● Help prepare proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.

● Participate in client meetings to understand business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.

● Assist in managing projects with Lead PM for project deliverables and timelines

Solution Support & Documentation

● Gather and document client requirements under the guidance of senior consultants.

● Conduct basic competitor and market research to support solution positioning.

● Work with internal teams to align on proposed solutions.

Workshops & Knowledge Sharing

● Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops, presentations, and training sessions.

● Participate in internal training to develop ERP product knowledge and pre-sales skills.

Post-Sales Coordination

● Support smooth transition from sales to implementation teams.

● Assist in client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

● At least 1 year of experience in a ERP, pre-sales, or related IT role

● Strong interest in ERP systems and business process automation.

● Good communication and presentation skills, with willingness to learn.

● Analytical mindset and eagerness to understand client business needs.

● Familiarity with business processes (finance, HR, supply chain) is an advantage.

● Team player with a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
