Order Management Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the quote-to-cash process, with a focus on order management to billing.

  • Develop and implement tools and processes ensuring order fulfillment is accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Manage subscription order fulfillment utilizing Zuora, including activation and billings.
  • Ensure accuracy of transactions to ensure consistent integrity in revenue reporting.
Requirements for Success

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process (bookings, billings, and reporting).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Team player and effective communicator with all levels of order management and cross-functional organizations.
