Manufacturing Order Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Order Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting order entry, tracking, and operations within our manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:- Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's ERP system.
- Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
- Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
- Support internal communication
- Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing or packaging.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
