Job Title: Supply Chain ERP Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain ERP Specialist to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. As a key player in this role, you will support sales teams in responding to RFPs for functional requirements or questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Discovery sessions to determine possible solutions to customer requirements and challenges.
  • Write business scenarios relevant to the customer based on information gathered during Discovery sessions.
  • Configure D365 for various modules including Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Manufacturing.
  • Provide solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  • Document proposed Solution Overview, including possible integrations, based on RFP and information gathered during Discovery sessions.
  • Write design documents for customizations and reports for D365, capturing boundary conditions and including comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Review design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping written by other team members.
  • Lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and training for D365 and associated systems to clients and team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning
  • Conversational skills in English
