Account Acquisition Executive
We are seeking an experienced Account Acquisition Executive to join our sales team at Wing Assistant. As an Account Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and expanding existing customer relationships to drive business growth. If you have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of success, and a passion for driving revenue growth, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role
- Acquire new accounts – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals to acquire new accounts.
- Expand existing customer relationships – Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new sales opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets – Achieve monthly sales targets, expand existing customer relationships, and continuously seek out new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Rebook missed demos – Follow up with prospects who scheduled but didn't attend their initial demo and get them back on the calendar.
- Engage old leads – Reach out to previously interested prospects from our CRM and reignite conversations.
- Follow up on inbound opportunities – Connect with leads who have engaged with our marketing campaigns, website, or other inbound sources.
- Maintain CRM accuracy – Track all outreach and engagement efforts within our CRM to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team – Work closely with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of rebooked demos and interested leads.
Requirements
- Sales experience required – At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation.
- CRM knowledge required – Prior experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools is a must.
- Self-starters & problem solvers – You don't wait for instructions; you take initiative and figure things out.
