Patient Services Officer
Description:GROW is currently seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Officer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, working closely with doctors and patients to develop case studies, testimonials, and references.
Key responsibilities include processing invoices, sourcing corporate gifts, attending company-sponsored events, building a tracking system to evaluate lead quality, and implementing project management systems to document and track activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, marketing, and business processes, with excellent communication and project management skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the healthcare industry and make a real difference in people's lives.
Requirements:- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- BPO experience an advantage
- Minimum 3 years' working experience
- Basic medical knowledge, marketing and business processes preferred
- Strong project management and patient care skills
- Good writing and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Good knowledge in event planning and execution
- Good negotiation skills with vendors and organizers on best pricing and setup without compromising quality
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior-level executives
- Competitive salary range: Php 15,000 to Php 20,000 /month
