Project Coordinator - US Telco at Vivant. Vivant is a fast-growing provider of managed connectivity solutions, delivering reliable internet, VoIP, managed networks and security to restaurants, dealerships, healthcare providers, retailers, and small- to medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a goal-driven, highly organized individual to join our team and help plan, execute, and monitor client projects while ensuring effective management of resources, timelines, and communication.
Your day-to-day will focus on customer relationship management, onboarding and training, account management, and ongoing client success to maximize value and retention.
Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; establish trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors; collaborate with sales, support, and accounting to gather information on clients; document all client and project information in the business management platform Utiliko; serve as the liaison between internal teams and the client to ensure successful project progression.
- Project Coordination and Execution: Attend sales meetings to gather knowledge transfer, relay information for parts ordering, and communicate with installation and support teams; coordinate installation dates and ensure proper disconnects/billing from old to new services; manage disconnections and number porting where applicable; place orders for new services with partners and coordinate installation with clients.
- Billing and Documentation: Set up clients for billing in the CRM, address past-due invoices, and assist clients with issues; create and route support tickets with prompt resolution; develop and maintain documentation for responsibilities, training videos, and workflows to improve processes.
- Onboarding and Training: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and conduct product training sessions to maximize value from offerings.
- Account Management and Growth: Monitor account health, identify issues or opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and share insights with product, sales, and marketing teams; advocate for product features and improvements based on customer needs.
- Retention and Performance: Identify churn risks and implement strategies to renew client contracts; monitor product usage, provide adoption best practices, track account metrics, and set performance indicators for client satisfaction.
- Project Coordination Experience: Minimum 2 years (Required)
- ISP Service Experience: Minimum 1 year (Required)
- Strong communication skills (phone, internet); ability to work independently
- Highly organized, self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
