We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Patient Services Representatives. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring that our patients receive the support they need.
- Engage with Patients: Answer incoming calls professionally, assist with queries, and address concerns to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Billing and Collections: Collect outstanding balances and assist patients with billing-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with Third Parties: Support insurance companies and other entities with patient account-related questions.
- Proactive Outreach: Place outbound collection calls to follow up on patient accounts.
- Team Collaboration: Cross-train and support your team to ensure seamless operations and task continuity.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold HIPAA guidelines to protect patient health information.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of medical billing, insurance processes, and HIPAA regulations.
