  • Complete documentation to track provider issues and facilitate reporting of overall trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with computer applications and ability to navigate new and complex systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully and respond to customers in a compassionate manner.
