Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Three Years of Supervisory Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and leading initiatives.
- At Least One Year of BPO Experience: Demonstrated expertise in customer service or sales.
- General Understanding of Content Moderation: Familiarity with content guidelines and moderation techniques.
- Intermediate Knowledge of CRM Systems: Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Intermediate Knowledge of Cloud-Based Applications: Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Aptitude to Learn New Technology: Quickly adapt to new systems and applications.
- Ability to Accept Feedback: Open-minded and receptive to constructive criticism.
