- Successful onboarding and education of new customers.
- Effective management of customer communications and issue resolution.
- Increased revenue through upsells and referrals.
- Conduct thorough onboarding and education processes for new customers.
- Develop customized solutions to meet customers' specific needs.
- Manage relationships between virtual assistants and assigned clients.
- Monitor customer usage and provide regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
- 1+ year of experience in client relationship management or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
