Job Overview

This role is focused on driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives within our Sales and Alliances teams.

We are seeking talented professionals to join our team as Enterprise Sales and Alliances Sales representatives.

As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales engagements forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the Linux and cloud software ecosystem, as well as open-source selling models
  • Negotiating contracts and commercial business terms with key stakeholders
  • Building and expanding strategic relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
  • Creating and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
  • Growing customer awareness of open-source capabilities on Canonical Ubuntu
  • Delivering on targets and objectives, while providing a voice for the partner or customer
Requirements
  • A proven track record of exceeding expectations and achieving outstanding results in a technical field
  • Experience working with Linux and open-source technologies
  • An exceptional academic record, regardless of current position seniority
  • An undergraduate degree in a technical subject or an alternative path with a compelling narrative
