We are seeking a Senior Business Growth Strategist to lead our global business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth and sales, with experience working in the fintech sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting tailored discovery calls and demos, and building a healthy sales pipeline. They will also stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders.

The Senior Business Growth Strategist will work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is effectively implemented. This includes collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Legal and Finance teams to prepare tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and solution recommendations.
Requirements- Consistently meet revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain regular monthly outreach and steady pipeline conversion rate.
- Drive continued engagement with prospective clients by executing timely follow-ups on all ongoing opportunities.
