About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to spearhead revenue expansion from our existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize incremental revenue from established customers.
  • Effectively position the organization for additional revenue growth through strategic business development and renewals
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our clients
  • Bolster strong relationships with clients and facilitate their success with other prospects
  • Stay abreast of the latest market trends, engage in solutioning client's HR technology needs through innovative modules and deepen client relationships
  • Represent the organization at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing the company value proposition
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client CXOs and define Human Capital roadmaps for the organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 Years of Experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales
  • Experience in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel
  • Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and line of business representatives
