Job Title: B2B/B2C Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads through various digital channels.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Your primary objective will be to design and implement lead generation strategies that drive growth and revenue for our clients. This includes conducting market research, developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, and collaborating with our sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead to client.

To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in B2B and B2C lead generation, as well as strong knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential leads.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth transition from lead to client.
  • Regularly assess and optimize lead generation funnels to increase conversation rates.
  • Provide detailed reports on lead generation activities and results.
