
Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to spearhead sales growth and revenue expansion by identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct introductory calls with new clients to grasp their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Address objections and negotiate agreements to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Evaluate leads, assess client readiness, and determine the optimal course of action for the purchase process.
- Maintain regular communication workflows and check-ins with clients.
- Ensure Salesforce and other CRM tools are up-to-date with client interactions and status.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in English language required.
- Confident on the phone and adept at handling objections from business customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
