Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to spearhead sales growth and revenue expansion by identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct introductory calls with new clients to grasp their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Address objections and negotiate agreements to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Evaluate leads, assess client readiness, and determine the optimal course of action for the purchase process.
  • Maintain regular communication workflows and check-ins with clients.
  • Ensure Salesforce and other CRM tools are up-to-date with client interactions and status.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in English language required.
  • Confident on the phone and adept at handling objections from business customers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
