**About the Role**
H2 Software Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Service Desk Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing IT Service Desk team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role within an IT Service Desk environment, or at least 2-3 years of experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
