Job DescriptionDescriptionOverview of the Role:
• Assist customers via calls and provide appropriate and timely resolution to concerns or queries following client's SOPs thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Acts as the first line Service Desk POC for any technical concerns of customers.
Qualifications:
• Must be fluent in speaking, writing & reading Italian.
• With at least 1 year customer facing work experience from any industry for foreign applicants and at least 1 year of BPO experience as an Italian speaker for locals.
• Service desk experience is a huge advantage but not required.
• Conversant in English as secondary language.
