Job Overview

Key responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, developing and implementing talent strategies, ensuring organizational structures are aligned with business goals, and establishing succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity.

Major Job Functions
  1. Talent Development and Organizational Design
    1. Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive talent strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
    2. Conduct regular reviews of organizational structures to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
  2. Training and Learning Management
    1. Assess training needs and develop targeted learning programs to enhance skills and competencies.
    2. Implement mandatory and compliance-related trainings across all levels of the organization.
  3. Leadership Development
    1. Develop and implement leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
    2. Identify high-potential employees and create structured development paths tailored to their readiness levels.
  4. Organizational Design and Job Evaluation
    1. Conduct job evaluations and job analyses to maintain an effective and equitable job classification and compensation structure.
  5. Performance Management
    1. Institutionalize a company-wide performance management system to drive accountability and development.
  6. Succession Planning
    1. Establish and maintain succession planning frameworks for key roles to ensure leadership continuity.
