Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Lead at Primary Structures Corporation in Cebu. The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing all aspects of HR management within the organization.

QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee BenefitsExperience in Personnel ManagementStrong communication and interpersonal skills
