Job Title: Human Resources Strategic Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Strategic Partner to join our organization. This key role will play a crucial part in driving business success by delivering high-quality HR services and strategic partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations:
  1. Manage HR operations for dynamic teams, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
  2. Design scalable processes to support evolving business needs.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR matters, providing excellent service delivery.
Mergers & Acquisitions Support & Talent Integration:
  1. Support HR due diligence and workforce mapping during acquisitions.
  2. Lead integration activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, role alignment, and documentation standardization.
  3. Identify and resolve HR challenges that arise during organizational transitions.
Talent Management:
  1. Support identifying key talent, critical roles, and succession risks across business segments.
  2. Facilitate performance and potential reviews, and support development planning.
  3. Help design and execute retention strategies, especially during acquisition transitions.
  4. Monitor workforce data to support talent decisions, mobility, and internal movement opportunities.
Workforce Optimization:
  1. Analyze current workforce structures to identify role overlaps, underutilization, or gaps.
  2. Recommend and implement changes to ensure optimal alignment between employee capabilities and business needs.
  3. Collaborate with functional heads to realign roles, responsibilities, and workflows to maximize team effectiveness.
Learning & Development:
  1. Conduct learning needs assessments and design targeted training interventions.
  2. Coordinate external providers or in-house resources to deliver learning solutions.
  3. Track learning outcomes and support upskilling, especially in newly acquired teams.
Change Management & Culture Integration:
  1. Support communication and engagement strategies during organizational transitions.
  2. Reinforce values and behaviors to ensure cultural alignment post-acquisition.
  3. Serve as a reliable HR touchpoint for employees navigating change.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of end-to-end HR experience, spanning operational delivery and strategic partnership.
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments with hands-on HR execution.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; able to translate workforce insights into actionable HR strategies.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
