he Director for Human Resources is a key leadership position responsible for developing and

executing human resource strategy in alignment with the organization's overall objectives. The VP HR oversees

all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and

benefits, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations. The role requires a strategic

mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

At least five (5) years of work- related experience as Director for HR

At least any 4-year degree course.

MBA is required.

People Management Competency-related Certifications are an advantage (PMAP PSOF, SHRM, etc)

With strong leadership and people skills.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that will align to the business objectives of the organization.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.

With high level of integrity, confidentiality and ethical behavior.
