Strategic HR Partnership

As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective human resources business partnership. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing emerging trends and patterns, developing relevant policies, and executing strategic plans to drive positive change.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring staffing requirements and coordinating with operations on staff planning
  • Managing disciplinary actions and labor cases
  • Ensuring employee participation in training programs and activities
  • Maintaining compliance with HR policies
  • Addressing concerns regarding compensation and benefits, salary administration, and internal transfers through regular coordination between Compensation & Benefits and Operations Teams
  • Verifying accuracy of internal transfer documentation
  • Enhancing performance management systems to drive continuous improvement of performance levels across the organization
  • Conducting orientation sessions on compensation and benefits programs for new and current employees
  • Partnering with Training and other teams to ensure learning and development compliance
  • Implementing an effective onboarding program for new hires
  • Designing and implementing employee programs that promote company culture and core values
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or equivalent (required)
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in relationship development and conflict resolution
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relations skills
