Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. In this role, you will ensure jobs are completed on time and to our quality standards.

You will coordinate between homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, serving as the key point of contact to guarantee smooth project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
  • Manage subcontractors and crews to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Schedule post-job quality checks.
  • Track materials, delivery schedules, and job progress using CRM and project management tools.
  • Communicate with homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Resolve issues or delays quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate job records for reporting and audits.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English.
  • Must have relevant construction management experience.
  • Must be comfortable leading crews and addressing homeowners.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Video conferencing required for virtual meetings.
  • A quiet, professional workspace is essential.
  • Availability for video meetings with camera on as needed.
  • No other clients may be worked with during required work hours.
  • A short video introduction is part of the application process.
