About the role

Southern Arms Corporation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a full-time Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of our clients and their properties.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including shift scheduling, performance monitoring, and training
  2. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any potential security risks or concerns
  3. Liaise with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  4. Investigate and document any security incidents, and implement appropriate corrective actions
  5. Maintain detailed records and reports related to security operations and incidents
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant security policies, procedures, and regulations
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to the security team, fostering a culture of professionalism and customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a security supervisory role, preferably within the security services industry
  2. Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and relevant regulations
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  4. Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of security personnel
  5. Proficient in report writing and data analysis
  6. Familiarity with security equipment and technology
  7. A valid security license or certification is highly desirable
