Area of Assignment: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Employment Type: Full-Time; Monday to Saturday (8AM - 5PM)


Job Summary:

GAMA Foods Corporation is hiring a Plant Maintenance Supervisor. This role will lead a team in ensuring all machines, utilities, and critical systems are operating efficiently. You will be in charge of implementing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and maintaining optimal productivity and safety in plant operations.


Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related technical field
  • At least 2 years of experience in plant or equipment maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing or industrial operations
  • Strong background in preventive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and safety protocols
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of Hot Section machinery and equipment
  • Lead the execution of preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in coordination with operations
  • Ensure proper implementation of safety standards and company protocols
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, tools, and spare parts usage
  • Coordinate with production to minimize operational interruptions
