About the role

Edisons Group of Companies Inc.' is seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities by overseeing the maintenance activities and leading a team of skilled technicians.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems
  2. Oversee and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
  3. Identify and address any maintenance issues or equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities align with the overall operational objectives of the company
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance
  6. Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to the maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
  7. Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
  2. Thorough understanding of maintenance principles, practices, and equipment operation
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex maintenance challenges
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of technicians
  5. Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and data analysis tools
  6. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
  7. A relevant degree or certification in engineering, maintenance, or a related field
