About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Edisons Group of Companies Inc. This full-time role will be based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the efficient and seamless operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of goods.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
  • Oversee the implementation of inventory management systems and processes to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards within the warehouse environment
  • Lead and motivate the warehouse team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and address any issues or concerns
  • Prepare detailed reports on warehouse performance, productivity and inventory status
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in a warehouse/logistics supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse operations software
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety and quality regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
