About the role

As an Operations Supervisor at Tomskoi Pet Supplies, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our warehousing and distribution facilities in Cagayan De Oro City. This full-time position will see you managing a team of warehouse staff to ensure the seamless flow of goods, adherence to safety protocols, and continuous improvement of our processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse team to meet productivity and quality targets
  • Implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures to optimise warehouse operations
  • Identifying and addressing any operational issues or bottlenecks to minimise disruptions
  • Overseeing the receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Assessing development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills
  • Collaborating with other departments to align warehouse activities with broader business objectives
  • Generating and analysing performance reports to drive continuous improvement

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
