About the role

Edisons Group of Companies Inc.' is seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities by overseeing the maintenance activities and leading a team of skilled technicians.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
  • Identify and address any maintenance issues or equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities align with the overall operational objectives of the company
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance
  • Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to the maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
  • Thorough understanding of maintenance principles, practices, and equipment operation
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex maintenance challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of technicians
  • Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
  • A relevant degree or certification in engineering, maintenance, or a related field
