Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time remote position that requires strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, data entry, and document handling with accuracy and reliability. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 6 months of relevant experience in virtual assistance or administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
  • Maintaining attention to detail across assigned duties
  • Communicating effectively with the team during scheduled hours
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks between Monday and Wednesday
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • Minimum 6 months of Virtual Assistant or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free workspace
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Availability in CST during training period
