This role requires a highly skilled and organized professional to provide administrative support to senior executives. As an Operations Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations and management activities of the organization.
You will work closely with senior executives to streamline processes, manage schedules, and coordinate various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
- Assist in the coordination and execution of operational projects and initiatives
- Maintain organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making by senior management
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling orientation sessions
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, as well as proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They should also have a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, and be willing to work remotely and US hours Monday to Friday.
