Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide remote administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily tasks, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe calls and meetings, summarizing key points and action items.
  • Prepare daily call lists, meeting agendas, and materials as needed.
  • Schedule meetings with clients and team members, ensuring seamless coordination and timely adjustments.
  • Manage reports, tracking key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines.
  • Organize virtual files, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including email correspondence and calendar appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Team player mindset, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software, such as Google Workspace and Zoom.
