About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support via live chat and tickets, ensuring seamless issue resolution and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Simplify complex technical issues into actionable steps, making it easy for customers to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of AI-powered systems, leveraging your expertise to improve customer support and experience.
Requirements
  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 or native level).
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in tech or SaaS environments, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer-focused solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of web hosting fundamentals, including domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting.
