About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Advocate. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customers' lives by providing exceptional support in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and friendly support to customers via phone and chat
- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them efficiently
- Log all customer interactions accurately and share feedback to improve processes
- Collaborate with the team to stay updated on priorities and represent the brand with care and professionalism
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred)
- Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage
- Knowledge of tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and genuine desire to help people
