About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Platform Advocate to represent our innovative SaaS solution. This key position involves showcasing the platform's capabilities to prospective clients, highlighting its features and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering compelling product demos and experience selling similar platforms. They should be able to effectively present the platform's value proposition, address client questions, and tailor demos based on client-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and insightful product demonstrations to prospective clients, emphasizing key features and advantages
  • Collaborate with the sales team to customize demos according to client requirements and challenges
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns during demos, providing clear explanations and practical solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates to ensure accurate and relevant demos
  • Follow up with leads post-demo to gather feedback, resolve any additional queries, and advance the sales process
  • Maintain detailed records of demo activities and client interactions in CRM systems
Qualifications:
  • Solid experience in sales, particularly with a focus on conducting product demos and presenting software solutions
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and inform diverse audiences
  • Experience in representing digital platforms and driving the sales process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize demo sessions
