
Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless shopping experiences on Amazon Seller Central and client websites. This key position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and WhatsApp on Amazon Seller Central and the client's website.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Assist customers with navigating the client's website, placing orders, and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain high-level professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience required.
- Preferably experienced with customer service tools such as E-desk or similar platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Must be available to engage through WhatsApp chat.
- Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM).
