Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

This position is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human relations and training, with experience in managing KPI targets, staff development, and organizational performance measurement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining performance metrics and systems for measuring organizational success.
  • Managing and developing direct reporting staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on organizational development plans and achievements.
  • Collaborating with other department managers to ensure alignment and integration of organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
  • Experience in personnel management tools and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of Php 50,000 - Php 80,000 (dependent on experience) and a dynamic work environment.

Work locations include Rosario, Cavite, with a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Wednesday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM), and Saturday (7:00 AM - 11:00 PM).

Other Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences preferred.
  • At least five years' experience in human relations and training functions in a manufacturing firm.
