Job Title: HR Assistant Manager

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist in the coordination of employee onboarding, offboarding and training programs
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and procedures
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve HR operations and enhance employee experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background and expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy implementation and more
  • Female candidate, aged between 40-55 years old
