Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a detail-driven professional to fill the role of Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack
Requirements:
  • At least one year of recruitment experience (required)
  • One–two years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
