About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at Nimbyx Philippines Inc., you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction meets or exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to help them maximize the value of Evident's products and services.
  • Respond to complex technical questions in a clear and concise manner, providing solutions that meet or exceed client needs.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and resolution of issues.
  • Proactively assess and validate client needs, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and adoption of Evident's services.
Ideal Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Familiarity with digital dental workflows and technical support for dental equipment is a plus.
