Customer Service Advocate for Healthcare

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers.

As a Healthcare Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and issues, guiding and educating customers on healthcare-related topics, and intervening with care providers when necessary. You will also be responsible for providing real-time resolutions or comprehensive follow-up with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service inquiries and issues
  • Guide and educate customers on healthcare topics
  • Intervene with care providers when necessary
  • Provide real-time resolutions or comprehensive follow-up with customers

Requirements:

  • College graduates with or without international BPO voice experience
  • High school graduates with at least 6 months international BPO voice or non-voice experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willingness to report to Science Hub Tower 1, McKinley Taguig
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules
  • Filipino citizenship
