Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized procurement professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase goods and services at the lowest responsive price, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
  • Source non-focus products for our business units, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Process purchase orders generated from our SAP system, coordinating with sales teams and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide constant and timely feedback to sales teams on any issues related to their inquiries and orders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, tracking and resolving any delays or discrepancies in a proactive manner.
  • Negotiate returns with suppliers for cancelled or incorrect orders, minimizing financial losses and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist product managers in negotiating volume discounts and special prices, leveraging market trends and competitive data to drive business growth.
  • Prepare payment documents for assigned products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing, or relevant internship experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in Greenhills, San Juan City, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
